SCHOOL BOARD MET, HAD STORMY SESSION The regular monthly meeting of the school board was held Monday and quite stormy was the scenes at times during the day. From assigning of teachers to the building of school houses. The Telogia school was assigned some time ago to Mr. Olin Shuler and his sister Miss L.V. Shuler and they began the school Monday morning. A large delegation of Telogia patrons appeared before the board and filed a petition against them teaching. The petition was laid over until next meeting in order to investigate the feasibility of their wishes. Another bus route was established between Blue Creek via Hosford and Telogia to transport the high school pupils to the high school at Bristol. Mr. E. O. Shuler of Hosford was awarded the contract at $150.00 per month. The matter of starting the Bristol school was discussed, but nothing definitely decided on as the building is not completed and it does not look like it will now until sometimes in October. Water, lights, finishing touches and the other paraphernalia attached thereto has yet to be had
