In the Name of God, Amen. It being appointed unto all Men once to die and being Sensible of the frailty of human life and the Certainty of Death, but being now Thanks be to God, of Sound, and disp___ing Memory, I Sharod McCall, of the County of Gadsden, & Territory of Florida, do make, ordain, publish and declair This to be my last will & Testament, in manner and form following to Wit:

Imprimus, I commend my soul to God, who gave it, & I do hearby request & desire that my body be interred in a decent Christian like manner, without parade or ostentation.

Item. My will & desire is that my Lawful Debts be first paid, and that all my property be kept & worked together under the Control of my Said Executors, until my debts are paid, & that the residue of my worldly Estate, be disposed of as follows to wit.

Item. I do give and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret one tract of land, viz, Lot No. 2 of fractional Section 3 Township 1 Range 3 N & W including my ferry on Little River, together with all my household furniture, & kitchen utensils, her choice of my horses, her saddle & bridle, twenty head of such cattle as she may choose, from all that I may be possessed of at my decease, as also half of the Crop that may be on the Ground, or in the house at the time of my decease, together with the following named Negroes, George, Flora, Simon, Little Mary, Amos & Shortae. The same to have to hold and enjoy as her own, entire property forever.

Item. I have given already to my Son, William B. McCall Two hundred and fifty Dollars, and I have also given to my Daughter Elizabeth Kennedy Two hundred and fifty Dollars, & it is my will and desire that each of my other children to wit: Jesse, Thomas, Margaret, _________ R. Seaborn, and John B. McCall have and receive from my Executrix & Executor Two hundred and Fifty Dollars each, & that the residue of my worldly estate, except my improvement, on the fraction on which my Dwelling stands; My will is that it be equally divided between all my children, shair and shair alike.

Item. My will is that my beloved wife is to have and to hold all my right, title, interest & claim to my improvement on the fraction on which my dwelling house stands.

Lastly, I do hearby Constitute, ordain & appoint my beloved wife Margaret McCall my Executrix, my beloved son William B. McCall & my friend Jonathan Robinson, my Executors of this my last will & Testament.

Codicil to my Will & Testament, under date of the fourteenth day of September, One thousand Eight hundred and twenty seven, I will & bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret McCall all the Hogs & Sheep that I may be possessed of at the time of my decease.

Personally appeared before me this 22nd day of April AD 1833 Henry F. Yonge, one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will & codicil made by Sharrod McCall, who after being duly sworn, Deposeth & Saith that he saw S. McCall, The Testator, Sign, Seal & Declare the foregoing will and codicil as and for his last will & Testament, & that he signed the same as subscribing witness & also saw John Lines & Reuel Evans sign their names as witnesses thereto.

Personally appeared before me this day Ruel Evans one of the subscribing witnesses, to the amended will and codicil, who after being duly sworn Deposeth & Saith that he signed or subscribed his name to S. will as witness; that he saw John Lines & H.F. Yonge sign as subscribing witnesses thereto, that he saw the testator Sharrod McCall sign his name to said will and Codicil.

Personally appeared before me this 29th Day of April 1833 Robert C. Lester who after being duly sworn, deposeth & saith that he is well acquainted with the handwriting of John Lines, deceased that he is satisfied that the signatures of J. Lines to the amended will & codicil is in the proper handwriting of said Lines?.

Whereas, Sharod McCall deceased Late of the County aforesaid, by his last will & Testament did make, constitute, & ordain William B. McCall, Executor thereof
Therefore to the intent that the said will (a copy whereof is hereunto amended) May be well and truly performed.
I, Joseph McBride, Judge of the County Court for the County aforesaid, in pursuance of an act of the Legislative council of the Territory aforesaid, do insue? this probate and do hereby authorize & empower the said William B. McCall (who has been duly qualified) Executor as aforesaid, well & truly to collect & administer all and singular the goods & chattels & credits of the said Sharod McCall, Deceased in all matters and things. Concerning the same, according to the true intent & meaning of the said will and, according to law, to make a just and true account of his actings & doings therein when thereto lawfully required. Witness Joseph McBride, Judge of the County Court aforesaid this 22nd day of April A.D. 1833 & of the Independence of the United States the 57th year.
