Surveyed by Wayne N. Carpenter, September 2000
Directions: From Quincy, FL, go Hwy 90 West about three miles. Turn left on State Road 12 West. Go to
the flashing lights in Greensboro. Leave State Road 12 there by continuing straight and crossing over the
railroad tracks. Turn right and go about 2 1/2 to 3 blocks to Sycamore Road. Turn left and stay on Sycamore
Road until you see the cemetery, which is on the right side of the highway. From the flashing lights in Greenboro
to the cemetery is slightly over 3 miles.
This church was established in 1853. The old United Methodist Church located at west end of cemetery is in
excellent condition. The pulpit is there along with the pews for the choir and the congregation.
[The lower half of this page is the survey by Wayne Carpenter that tells which section of the cemetery each grave
is in. But for ease of use, I have alphabetized the names and put that index at the top of the page. If you are looking
for someone, use the index first, and if you find the person, then look in the survey to see where the grave lies.
