Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Andrews and Miss Eloise Adams of Madison spent Saturday and Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. L. B. (Lawson and Roberta) Ellinor.

Dr. P. A. Brinson and Mrs. Dora B. Loyd returned to their home in Baldwin Friday, after a week's visit here and in Georgia.

Mrs. Joe Cloud of Bainbridge spent last week with Mr. and Mrs. G. W. (George Washington and Alice) Shelfer.

Mrs. James (Cliffie) Harris has returned from Jackson Bluff, where she has been visiting Mrs. John (Sarah) Boynton.

Miss Lyndia Cumbie, Gene Morgan, Miss Eloise Duggar and Bob Ellinor were in Quincy Wednesday eveing for the pictures.

Dr. and Mrs. Henry Biosca were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. O. P. Duggar Sunday.

Bob Spooner was a business visitor in Quincy Thursday.

Mrs. Harry (Ethyl) Womack entertained Circle No. 2 of the Methodist Woman's Missionary Society Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. H. E. Masters taught the lesson in her usual helpful manner. During the social hour Mrs. Womack served a salad with coffee.

Mesdames John Chewning and F. P. (Eva) Haviland entertained at bridge Thursday afternoon. After a series of interesting games a salad course with coffee was served on the card tables. Among those present were Mesdames Harry (Ethyl) Womack, Harold (Jean) Bert, O. M. (Elma) Tilllis, Henry Biosca, Clarence (Olive) Morgan, H. W. (Dewey) Alewine, James Johnson, John (Susie) Perkins, Lamar (Mabel) Miller, Marvin (Thelma) Miller, Gus (Bessie) Bert, J. C. Rogers, H. E. Masters, A. O. (Pennie) Shelfer, Misses Maggie Hinson and Beulah Hinson.

Mrs. Harold (Jean) Bert entertained Circle No. 2 of the Methodist Woman's Missionary Societ at her home Wednesday afternoon, with Mesdames Carl (Rosalie) Moreland and W. R. Howell as leaders. During the social hour a sald and coffee was served by Mrs. Bert.

Miss Margaret Stewart of Birmingham is Miss Fay Horton's guest.

Mrs. Conrad (Belle) Harrell was hostess to the Baptist Woman's Missionary Society Monday afternoon with Mrs. L. B. (Roberta) Ellinor as leader. Mrs. Harrell, assisted by Mrs. Aubrey Butler, served a salad with coffee during the social hour.

Miss Fay Horton entertained informally Thursday evening, honoring Miss Margaret Stewart. Games, music, fruit and candy were enjoyed by Misses Stewart, Lynda Cumbie, Eula Shelfer, Juanita and Nell Overstreet, Gene Marti, C. B. Shelfer, Carl Heytehmyter, Sam and Cecil Horton.

Miss Lee Arrington and Neil McKinnon were in Quincy Wednesday evening for the pictures.

The Woman's Presbyterian auxiliary had a splendid meeting with Miss M. D. (Mary) Lane Tuesday afternoo, with Miss Lane and Mrs. Henry (Maggie Lane) Walsh leaders. A salad with coffee was served by Miss Lane. The next meeting will be with Mrs. A. O. (Pennie) Shelfer.

Miss M. D. Lane entertained Mesdames L. L. Gee, Henry Walsh, W. T. Doss and J. H. Rollo at a beautifully arranged luncheon Wednesday.

D. A. Butler was a business visitor in Quincy Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. O. P. Duggar and family and Mrs. Florence Cumbie were in Tallahassee for the tent meeting Sunday evening.
