Directions: From the intersection of Madison and King streets, follow State Road 12 east 2.3 miles.
Turn left onto Hwy 161 east and travel 5.4 miles, to Hwy 161-A/Dogtown Rd. Turn left onto 161-A.
Cemetery is 1.8 miles on the right side of the road. There are five graves without identification.
There is one unmarked grave of unknown location in the cemetery that contains Lessie Gray OWENS and
her unborn child. (Note by Angela Cassidy: She was the daughter of James H. and Sarah Catherine Gray of
Concord, FL.)
Note from Linda Clark Smith: Until ca. 1940's the New Bethel Methodist Church was located across the
road from this cemetery.
