Concord Cemetery is an active community cemetery and burial is made by arrangement with the Concord Cemetery Association. The cemetery was established December 4, 1874, and is the largest cemetery in eastern Gadsden County.  The pioneer family names that are prominent in this cemetery include Barber, Bell, Chester, Gray, Perkins, Poppell, Stephens, Strickland, Vickers, and Walsh.

Concord Cemetery is located one-half mile east of the crossroads in the unincorporated community of Concord, Gadsden County, Florida.  From Tallahassee, Florida, travel north on U.S. Hwy. 27, just after passing Lake Jackson, at the next traffic light turn right on Old Bainbridge Road, travel about 5 miles and cross the Ochlockonee River Bridge.  About one mile past the bridge turn right on the first paved road (Concord Road) and go approximately 5 miles to the first stop sign, which is the intersection of Concord-Bainbridge Road (County Hwy. 157) and Fairbanks Ferry Road (State Rd. 12). This intersection is the center of the Concord community.  Turn right and travel east on Fairbanks Ferry Road about 1/4 mile, turn left onto Perritt Road, a dirt road, and the cemetery is on the right. From U.S. Highway 27 in Havana, FL, travel east on 5th Avenue (State Road 12), which becomes Fairbanks Ferry Road after the city limits, and travel 3.8 miles to the crossroads in Concord. [The Vickers Cemetery is 2.3 miles east of Havana on Fairbanks Ferry Road?not to be mistaken for the Concord Cemetery.]  From the intersection in Concord, proceed ahead on Fairbanks Ferry Road about ¼ mile and turn left onto Perritt Road.  The cemetery is visible from the turn.
