MRS. BOBBYE J. LANIER – 72 - Teacher's Aide
FROSTPROOF -- Mrs. Bobbye J. Lanier of Frostproof died of heart failure Saturday (Jan. 25, 2003) at Dove Health Care. She was 72. Born Oct. 18, 1930, in Utica, Miss., she came here from Jackson, Miss., in 1949. She was a retired teacher's aide at Frostproof Elementary School and a former Avon saleswoman. She was a member of Frostproof Church of Christ.
 Mrs. Lanier is survived by her husband, Armor Lanier; daughter, Pamela Donalson, Frostproof; son, Dale Lanier, Babson Park; brother, Golie Tompkins Jr., Bosier City, La,; sisters, Lorene Babb, Crosette, Ark., Florene Holloway, Jackson, Miss.; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
 Visitation will be today at Marion Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ, Frostproof. Burial will be in Silver Hill Cemetery. - Ledger, Jan. 27, 2003

>MR. ARMOR EDWARD LANIER – 85 - Indian Lake Estates Golf Course
FROSTPROOF -- Mr. Armor Edward Lanier of Frostproof died of heart failure Wednesday (Dec. 14, 2005) at The Grove Center. He was 85. Born in Okeechobee on May 3, 1920, he was a longtime resident of Frostproof. He worked in maintenance at Indian Lake Estates Golf Course. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Frostproof.
 Mr. Lanier is survived by his daughter, Pamela Donalson, Frostproof; son, Armor Dale Lanier, Babson Park; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
 Graveside services will be at 3 this afternoon at the Silver Hill Cemetery. Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Frostproof. – Ledger, Dec. 16, 2005
